Consent to Photography
By attending the event, I Hereby give Powers for Good, Growing Home Collective and GRuB permission to use my photograph publically. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
Refund Policy
We have a No Refund Policy: We deeply appreciate all proceeds; in the event you are unable to make it, you may contact PowersR4Good@gmail.com (at least 3 days in advance) and make arrangements to gift your ticket to someone else, however, all funds once received, will go to the organization we are fundraising for. Due to the nature of the event not every offering will be available all day, refunds will not be allotted if you are unable to attend.

This document needs to be signed for anyone under 18 by a paying adult accompanying them (Scholarship Recipients exempt, see below). It must be signed by a legal guardian. Document will be provided upon arrival.

Scholarship Recipients
Scholarship Recipients are the only "under 18's" exempt from needing an accompanying adult. However, they must have a signed (by parent or legal guardian) Child Waiver form to be admitted.

There will be parking attendants available for assistance, please don't park in front of surrounding homes
